Blancco Cloud


A subset of  Blancco Cloud Customer Erasure Reports were accidentally exported between Nov. 30th 2022 and Dec. 9th 2022 using an internal Blancco Support Engineer user account.

The actual source of the downloading party was one specific Blancco customer, which occurred unintentionally and unknowingly. The erasure report data in question, was neither private nor sensitive in nature.

Rectifying actions and proof of data deletion were confirmed on Dec. 22nd 2022 by Blancco and via external audit.
