Identified issues can should be reported by filling a an Incident request on request on Blancco’s technical support site, which will result in a support ticket being created. :

  1. Click the 'Incident Management' button.
  2. Click 'Technical Support Request'.
  3. Fill in the incident information and submit the Incident.

Alternatively, an email can be sent to; this will result in an automatically generated ticket.
