Due to the change to where the hardware test results are stored within the Drive Eraser version 7.12.0 report, any reports containing hardware test results that are sent/imported to a local Blancco Management Console 5.18.0 or lower will not have the results displayed within the report when being viewed or exported.

  • If you are using a local Management Console and are using the Drive Eraser hardware tests, please upgrade to version 5.19.0 or higher.
