This will be completed by a remote support tool, preferably "Teamviewer" however if explained in the ticket, another remote support tool can be used. 


Please note - This issue was fixed with the 4.3 version of the Management Consolethis only affects BMC versions 4.2.2 and older. In the newer versions the root admin account is never disabled due to failed logins
