Identified issues can should be reported by filling a an Incident request on request on Blancco’s technical support site, which will result in a support ticket being created. :
- Click the 'Incident Management' button.
- Click 'Technical Support Request'.
- Fill in the incident information and submit the Incident.

Alternatively, an email can be sent to email@example.com; this will result in an automatically generated ticket.
