Yes this is possible with Blancco File Eraser (for Server), the server edition is recommended for an enterprise role.

With Blancco File Eraser (for Server) you can erase also files and folders in network drives and erase free disc space over the network. Note that this requires some network capacity as the process is carried over the network.
