1. Connect a drive to they system that is known to be functional. 
  2. Confirm that the drive is listed.
  3. Remove and insert another drive or another bay.
  4. Repeat on other bays.
  5. If something is still not detected properly, it is possible that a controller card (HBA) is likely not seated.
  6. If there are still problems, take a picture/screenshot of the situation, and contact Blancco Technical Support.
