If you are currently attempting to erase a 3PAR 10xxx series with Blancco Enterprise Array 2U, please note:

• There is a known issue with the 3Par 10xxx series where drive detection is incomplete.
• The current work-around is to connect directly at the shelf level utilizing the fibre channel port on the front of the appliance

Please note the shelves will not support daisy-chaining
