Improvements and bug fixes:

• ALBUST-1096 - Fixing a problem with BDECT for Windows.
  • On some machines, the application would stop with an error “vcruntime140.dll is missing”.
• ALBUST-1102 - Fixing a bug where hiding erasure standards for versions older than v7.5.0 would not work.
