Thank you for joining the Blancco Agentic Platform Beta. This guide walks you through a short happy-path test of the core Beta capabilities in Production.

<span style="color: #000000">The Beta capabilities will be available in Production to managers in the organization with access, so you can evaluate the experience using realistic information from your own operating context.</span>

## What You’ll Test

- **[Cowork](https://support.blancco.com/space/KB/1020821505/Step+1:+Ask+Cowork+a+Question)****:** Ask product, licensing, or troubleshooting questions through the AI Assistant.
- **[Blancco Skills](https://support.blancco.com/space/KB/1019609187/Step+2:+Create+a+Workflow+with+Blancco+Skills)****:** Create workflows from plain-language instructions. Blancco Skills will automatically create the workflow so you can review, validate, and use it with fewer manual steps.
- **[Blancco Connections](https://support.blancco.com/space/KB/1020559381/Step+3:+Pull+a+Report+with+Blancco+Connections)****:** Use MCP to query Blancco Management Portal reporting data for searches, summaries, comparisons, and audit evidence.

<u>**Estimated time:**</u> ~60 minutes. You can complete the steps in one session or return to them later.

## Before You Start: Roles and Access

- Only **manager** users have access to Cowork and Blancco Connections (MCP) by default. If you are not a manager, please reach out to your manager and ask them to provide you access to your Blancco Role.

## How to Use the AI Assistant

Use the AI Assistant for Blancco product guidance, setup steps, erasure questions, licensing, APIs, integrations, troubleshooting support, and follow-up questions. The AI Assistant retains memory, so it can carry relevant context forward and make follow-up questions more connected and efficient. Report-specific questions are handled through Blancco Connections.

### Prompting tips

- **Start with your goal:** Tell the AI what you are trying to accomplish.
- **Add context:** Include the product, workflow, device type, date range, site, or compliance need.
- **Use the right AI capability:** Use Cowork for product guidance and contextual follow-up questions, Blancco Connections for reporting data questions, and Blancco Skills for workflow creation.
