Release Notes - USB Creator - Version 2.3

Improvements:

- User Interface Update - Blancco re-branding.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug where SD card is overwritten when a USB stick and a SD card are attached in the same machine.
- Fixed a bug where process fails due to format error when using USB stick which have more capacity than 32GB.
- Fixed a bug which caused issues with older Blancco 5 images and USB Creator.
