Management Console 4.2.1 - Release notes

Bug fixes:

- Fix for an issue where Blancco 5.7.x -> 5.9.x clients would not be able to connect to the management console.
  - This would only occur when custom fields were created without a 'type' defined in the Configuration Tool.
- Significant speed increase in user license API performance - increases speed by more than an order of magnitude.
  - Endpoints affected:
    - /rest-service/license/export/user/xml
    - /rest-service/license/export/user/csv/{separator}/
