Blancco Cloud will be updated to version 4.6.0 on 6th of May, 2018. This update will introduce API rate limit on Blancco Cloud.

After the update, users are capable of running one API request per second to export reports and running requests more often will produce an error stating that the rate limit has been exceeded. Naturally, only users who are running API requests against Blancco Cloud are affected by the change.

This feature is implemented to ensure the performance of the service. For more details, please contact Blancco Technical Support by submitting a ticket.
