Blancco Mobile Device Eraser FMiP check service is currently down. We are working with our FMiP check service vendor to get the service back online. Due to this the Find My iPhone lock status check fails.

If the FMiP status check fails you may force Blancco Mobile Device eraser to re-check the status.

*Our FMiP vendor was able to partly resolve the issue on May 22, and fully resolve it on May 23.   The issue was due to an expired Apple cert which was renewed promptly with Apple.  Assurances with our vendor have been confirmed that this issue will not occur again.  Blancco is also looking at building functionality for better error messages within our product, to help with faster issue detection.  Sorry for any conveniences this issue has caused. *
