Management Console 4.7 - Release notes

Features:

- **MC-5403** - BI Dashboard for Diagnostics.
  - The Business Intelligence Dashboard now also contains information about Diagnostic operations.
- **MC-5388** - Active Directory Synchronization.
  - The whole Active Directory integration have been redone to better match the expectations of the enterprise customers.
  - Users are now synchronized automatically and no need to create them manually.
- **MC-5379** - Remote Fetching of issue report.
  - When working with remote erasure it is important to also be able to fetch the issue report remotely.
  - This can now be done through the Management Console.
- **MC-5160** - Java 9 support.
  - Management Console now works together with Java 9.
- **MC-5382** - Performance Enhancements.
  - The speed when removing a user has been improved. Also time to delete a report has decreased.
