Management Console 4.7.1 - Release notes

Improvements:

- **MC-5561 **- Send brute force prevention email to user, not admin.
  - During account lockout brute force prevention email will be sent directly to the user and not to admin.

Bug fixes:

- **MC-5558** - Report pre-processing fails if report gets removed during transaction.
  - Bug detected with 4.7.0 version.
