In order to better support our customers, we have implemented the 1<sup>st</sup> phase of our migration from hard lines to a VOIP system.

This allows us better call routing, reliant connectivity, smarter call handling, additional coverage and reporting.  The regions of the Americas, Europe and India are now using the new system, with Japan, Malaysia and AUS/NZ coming in the next few months.

We hope this provides a stronger layer of support for all our customers!
