There was an issue identified on Blancco Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure software, where iOS devices got stuck at the Find My iPhone (FMiP) check when using Prolog Mobile as the information source. Any iOS device going through the FMiP process remained stuck at this phase and the process couldn't be continued.

This issue has been resolved already and running the process again should provide you with the correct FMiP check status.

We are following up with the vendor on root cause of this issue in order to prevent this kind of issue from happening in the future.

Affected service was down from March 5th 10:00 PM (UTC -5) to March 6th 8:20 AM (UTC -5).
