- When an online license for Blancco File Erase or Blancco Removable Media Eraser is activated, the software will try to establish communication with the following address, using communication port 80 (HTTP) : EraserあるいはBlancco Removable Media Eraserのオンラインライセンスがアクティベートされると、ソフトウェアは通信ポート80（HTTPの場合）を使用して次のアドレスとの通信を確立しようとします。： http://www.safeit.com/updates/default.asp. If there are problems with the activation, check that the firewall or proxy settings are not blocking the communication between the client computer and the license server. If the activation is taking longer than 30 seconds, it is very likely that something is blocking the access. If the access is blocked, contact your company's IT department.
アクティベーションに問題がある場合は、ファイアウォールまたはプロキシ設定がクライアントコンピューターとライセンスサーバー間の通信をブロックしていないことを確認してください。アクティベ－ションに30秒以上かかる場合は、アクセスがブロックされている可能性があります。アクセスがブロックされている場合は、会社のIT部門に問い合わせてください。 - 製品ライセンスをアクティベートするときは、ライセンス情報を配信メールの記載通りに正確に入力することがとても重要です。担当者の名前などのアクティベーション情報が配信メールに含まれていない場合には、フィールドを空のままにするか、あるいは任意のデータを入力することができます。会社名とアクティベーションコードは、常に入力が必要な部分です。
- アクティベーション情報をコピーして貼り付けるときは、フィールドの先頭または末尾に余分なスペースがないことを確認してください。
- When copying and pasting the activation information, make sure that no extra spaces are left at the beginning or end of the fields.
