Blancco Mobile Diagnostics and Erasureで Find My iPhone（iPhoneを探す）のロックステータスのチェックに失敗した場合、正しいステータスを取得するために再度ステータスをチェックできます。 

1. 画面のデバイスアイコンをダブルクリックします。
2. デバイス情報ポップアップで「iPhoneを探す」のテキストをクリックすると、テキストが更新されます。
3. 更新されたテキストをクリックすると、 Blancco Mobile Diagnostics and ErasureはFMiPステータスを再度チェックします。

If Find My iPhone lock status check fails in Blancco Mobile Device Eraser you may recheck the status in order to get a correct status.

1. Double click the device icon in the UI.
2. On Device Info pop up click on the "Find My iPhone" text and you should see refresh text.
3. Click refresh text and Blancco Mobile Device Eraser will check the FMiP status again.
