アクティベート済みのiOSデバイスをBlancco Mobile Diagnostics and Erasureに接続すると、「要注意」ステータスが表示されます。また、デバイスの画面には、コンピュータを信頼していることを確認するクエリが表示されます。

クエリの受け入れは、デバイスの検査を行う場合にのみ必要です。デバイスによっては、この後にデバイスを再接続してデバイスを「接続済み」ステータスにする必要があります。

消去を行う場合はクエリを受け入れなくても開始できます。

When you connect an activated iOS device in Blancco 5 Mobile, the device will be shown in 'Requires attention' status in Blancco 5 Mobile. There is also query on device screen asking to verify that you trust the computer.

Accepting the query is only required if you're running diagnostics for the device. With some devices it is also required to re-connect device after this to get the device to 'Connected' status.

Accepting the query is not required if you're erasing the device. You can simply start erasure without accepting the trust query on the device.
