unfortunately this tablet puts a freeze lock on the SSD, such lock cannot be removed and prevents any firmware-based erasure command from being executed (they always fail). Therefore the tablet cannot be erased with the "Blancco SSD Erasure" standard.
We have investigated this issue extensively to no avail. The problem lies on the tablet itself and cannot be worked around.
Nevertheless, any standard that simply overwrites the SSD (e.g. “Aperiodic Random Overwrite”, HMG

Erasing this tablet with e.g. “Aperiodic Random Overwrite” standard (or HMG or DoD) and setting a 100% verification will exceed the NIST recommendations to achieve a "clear-level" security (preventing keyboard-level attacks

- Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is supported (since Blancco Drive Eraser 6.1.0). Blancco Drive Eraser can boot, unlock and erase this tablet with the "Blancco SSD Erasure" standard. These models require High-End Licenses (due to the NVMe drives), unless using version 6.4 or newer of Blancco Drive Eraser which has removed the need for High-End licenses.
Regarding x86 tablets, note the following:
- Many x86 tablets contain eMMC drives
