If Find My iPhone lock status check fails in Blancco Mobile Device Eraser Diagnostics and Erasure you may recheck the status in order to get a correct status.

  1. Double click the device icon in the UI.
  2. On Device Info pop up click on the "Find My iPhone" text and you should see refresh text.
  3. Click refresh text and Blancco Mobile Device Eraser Diagnostics and Erasure will check the FMiP status again.
