If Find My iPhone lock status check fails in Blancco Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure you may recheck the status in order to get a correct status.
- Double click the device icon in the UI.
- On Device Info pop up click on the "Find My iPhone" text and you should see refresh text.
- Click refresh text and Blancco Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure will check the FMiP status again.
