We are dropping support for MySQL Databases from the release of database on Blancco Management Console version 5.0 onwards. From Management Console version 5.0 onwards the , BMC will only support Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL Databasesdatabases.

In order to update an installation with MySQL database to version 5.0, a fresh installation with a supported database is required. The last version with limited support for MySQL database is Blancco Management Console version 4.8.1, please see additional details here: Blancco Management Console: limited support with MySQL
