- Appleデバイスの場合
- デバイスのアクティベート。
- 接続したコンピュータを「信頼」する作業。デバイス側で「信頼」を選択してからBMDE画面上のステータスが「接続済み」に変わるまで時間がかかる場合があります。詳細はこちらをご覧ください。
- iOSのバージョン9以上では、モバイルアプリ開発者を信頼する操作を行ってからでないとアプリを起動できません。詳細はApple社サポートページをご覧ください
- Must be activated
- The trust pop-up on device screen must also be accepted (it means that you trust the computer where the device is connected to). It can take a while for the device to appear as 'Connected' after granting trust. Please see this article for more information.
- Starting from iOS 9, it is also required to establish trust to the application developer in device settings before launching diagnostics on the device. See device documentation for more info: https://support.apple.com/enja-usjp/HT204460
- Androidデバイスの場合
- 消去処理の時と同様に、USBデバッグをオンにしてください。
- Must have USB debugging enabled before running diagnostics (just like for erasure).
