If it seems that starting the Blancco Drive Eraser Image Configuration Tool service stops the Management Console service (or vice versa), the problem can be with the current Java JRE version. This can of course happen only if both BDEICT and MC are installed on the same computer.(BDEICT)とManagement Console(MC)の両方が同じコンピュータにインストールされている場合、BDEICTサービス開始によりMCサービスが停止したり、逆にMCサービス開始によりBDEICTサービスが停止したりする可能性があります。
