Drive Eraser 6.2.1 - Release notes

Bug fixes:

  • Fix for a problem occurring with the "Blancco SSD Erasure" standard: some ATA SSDs supporting the Sanitize Crypto Erase command failed the erasure if the verification percentage was below 100%.
  • Fix for a problem occurring with the "NIST 800-88 Clear" standard: some ATA SSDs supporting the Secure Erase command failed the erasure if the verification percentage was between 11% and 99%.
  • Fix for a problem where the erasure resume was not performed when it should have. Problem occurred during the booting, happened on rare occasions.
