Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure 5.1.1 - Release Notes

For Apple device diagnostics, the Provisioning Profile certificate dates in diag 4.11 have an Expiration Date of 15-Aug-2024

General Notes:

  • This is a fix release
  • Support for new iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max is added.
  • DOCOMO check is automated.
  • DFU mode erasure is not supported iPhone 14 and 15 series.
  • Automatically remove eSIM on iOS devices is not working when eSim PIN is enabled.
  • It was observed that iPhone 15 phone has Face ID test going into Not Supported category. Diagnostics would have such fixes in BMDE 5.2 release.

  • PHEN-11313 - Subscription check for Docomo cannot fetch any information
  • PHEN-11305 - Device specific custom fields not saved for subscription check
