Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure 5.2.1 - Release Notes

Highlighted fixes:

  • This release contains a fix for iOS setup when using latest iOS/iPadOS 17.2 version.
  • Verification for iOS setup and Diagnostics launch was done with multiple iOS/iPadOS device models.

Known issues:

  • Device status on the BMDE UI should be “testing” before the application is launched, otherwise the user will see “RDResponse” note in the diagnostic application. We are investigating ways to improve this behavior in a future release.
  • Diagnostics results upload is sometimes slow when processing multiple devices.
