Mobile Diagnostics and Erasure 5.2.3 - Release Notes

  • This is a fix release which is necessary for customers processing devices running iOS and iPadOS 17.4
  • Diagnostics application is updated to 4.12.1.1

Fixes:

  • PHEN-12034, PHEN-11946 - Device doesn’t initialize or erasure can fail with reason “Device information could not be fetched”
  • PHEN-11944 - Subscription check for KDDI: "Unknown"
  • SD-6110 - iOS: Barometer and Altimeter tests fail and App crashes on rerun for Altimeter on iOS 17.4
