We experienced an issue with BMDE, where the iOS Diagnostic Auto Trust feature was not operational during the times of 11 am-11 pm CST on June 6th, 2024. A workaround of removing the Auto Trust blob from the workflow was available, but we realize it's not ideal for large-scale operations.

The root cause has been resolved as of 11 pm yesterday, and we are working with our internal technical teams to ensure a corrective action process is in place to avoid this scenario in the future.
