As of July 18, 2024, 23:01 UTC, a service outage has been reported affecting all PrologMobile data services, including both API and UI, which are currently inaccessible.

The PrologMobile technical team is actively monitoring the situation and working to resolve this issue as swiftly as possible.

Please note that this issue is specific and unique to PrologMobile and does not affect the Standard BMDE Erasure or Diagnostic services.
