Mobile Device Eraser 3.5.2 - Release notes

  • iOS overwrite issue fix.
    • Issue occurred when using an overwriting algorithm.
    • This issue was cause by the new iOS version released earlier this month.
  • iOS simultaneous erasure fixes.
    • The amount of possible simultaneous erasures is now restored.
    • This issue was introduced in 3.5.
  • Workflow enhancements.
    • The editor itself is improved in respect of usability but also when running the workflows are improved.
    • Minor glitches improved like not waiting for “Trust computer” popup on the device.
  • Display manager restores displays incorrectly after boot.
    • Settings for screen was not stored during reboot if multiple displays was used.
  • More iPhone devices supported.
    • Support for more iPhone 6, 7 & 8 devices added.
  • Support for iPad 6th Gen (2018).
    • Support added.
  • iOS Battery recharge cycles in workflow.
    • Amount of battery recharge cycles can now be used as variable in the workflows.
  • Strict mode in sync server.
    • Sync server can now be put in strict server mode. Meaning that all users will only be taken from the server.
  • Many general performance and stability fixes added for iOS devices.
