Mobile Device Eraser 3.7.3 - Release notes

Improvements:

  • PHEN-3095 - Added support for Android 9 and Pixel 2 devices.
  • PHEN-3114 - Added support for iOS 12.
    • Tested with the latest beta version.
  • PHEN-3117 - IOS does not give MDM status after erasure.
    • MDM status was not fetched if not running in a workflow.
  • PHEN-3130 - User should be allowed to whitelist packages & confirm continue SIM.
    • New user privileges have been added to user management.
    • No need to use admin password any longer.

Bug fixes:

  • PHEN-3121 - Synchronization Service - USB Identifiers.
    • Synchronizing the USB naming between different clients only work if it is exactly the same hardware.
    • There is now a possibility to select not to sync the USB naming.
  • PHEN-3010 - Diagnostic timeout setting could not be reset to default.
    • After set they could not go back to default values automatically.
  • PHEN-3139 - Some Android devices detects nonexistence memory card.
  • PHEN-3129 - iOS Restore to automate UI setup after activation doesn't succeed always.
    • Improved automated activation.
    • Always failed with a popup on some devices.
