It is possible that Blancco Drive Eraser doesn't offer support for the Network Interface Card (Ethernet or Wireless network adapter) of the Machine where Blancco Drive Eraser is booted. The most common reason is that the Blancco Drive Eraser Kernel doesn't contain the driver for the NIC or the used driver is generic and does not support the NIC adequately. As a result, the NIC is either not detected or detected but not working.
In case of an unsupported Network Adapter in Blancco Drive Eraser, we recommend to use an USB-to-NIC adapter (Ethernet or Wireless) as a workaround.
