Why does BlackBerry device icon go to 'Requires attention' state when connected?

The reason for 'Requires attention' is shown as a popup message when the pointer is moved on top of the device.

Usually the reason for BlackBerry devices is that the device refures connection (for example due to low battery) and device must be reconnected.
