- A separate license is required for using thediagnostics feature. If you only have erasure licenses, you will see all the diagnostics options inBlancco 5 Mobile, but you will not be able to run diagnostics.
- Blancco Management Console supports diagnostics from version 3.3.5 onwards. Cloud.blancco.com supports diagnostics.
