Network Device Eraser version 2.2 - Release notes

Features:

  • Expanded Cisco model and OS support.
    • For a full list please refer to the user manual.
  • Added support for AVM Friztbox devices.
  • Added Refresh button.
    • This allows retrying the connection to devices that are not in the ready state.
  • Added ability to load OS after successful Purge or after a failed attempt.
  • Added storage information on the UI and on the erasure report.
  • Added a tooltip for erasure failure reasons.
  • Added tooltip for when a report fails to upload.
  • Added tooltip for OS loading failure reason.

Bug fixes:

  • Multiple bug and usability improvements.
    • These concern the device detection and password reset flows.
