PHEN-6888 - Unable to Erase Devices Running iOS 14.5
Apple Change
Due to changes in iOS 14.5, Apple iOS Erasure and Advanced FMIP query for "Not trusted" devices no longer works automatically. For the erasure the operator needs to first trust the device and then restart the erasure OR set the device manually to Recovery mode.
