Network Device Eraser 2.5 - Release notes

Highlighted features:

  • Add Custom field / device info enhancement.
    • Matched behavior of ‘add custom fields’ feature with Blancco Drive Eraser product.
  • Erasure Verification enhancement.
    • Erasure Verification added for NIST Purge/FO in normal mode (without auto load OS).

Known issues:

  • BNDE-724 - NIST Purge FO and NIST Purge issue on NX-OS devices when auto-load is enabled in settings.
    • Use this device without auto-load setting.
  • BNDE-734 - ASA5525 issue with NIST Purge/FO when auto-load is enabled in settings.
    • Use this device without auto-load setting.
