Blancco licenses through the Blancco Cloud portal https://cloud.blancco.com are temporarily unavailable. The issue affects all erasure products and licenses may not be available during when starting an erasure.

We are investigating the issue with the highest priority in order to get it available as soon as possible. This post will be updated with further details and confirmation will be included once the issue has been resolved.

Licensing services have been restored by restarting the affected services. We have confirmed with our customers that the service is fully operational and we are closely monitoring it.
