Yes it is safe. Running the "Blancco5Evaluation" package does not launch the erasure process. The package contains the Blancco USB Creator software and the Blancco Drive Eraser erasure software ISO file, which are both required for creating the bootable USB stick. The device that is going to be erased, is the one that is booted using the bootable USB stick.
