The complete evaluation process consists of three parts which have their own "minimum system requirements":
- Creating the bootable USB stick:
- Windows based operating system (Windows XP or newer)
- USB port
- USB stick
- Internet connection (required for consuming the evaluation "license")
- Erasing a system with Blancco Drive Eraser:
- x86 architecture machine
- 768 MB RAM memory (preferably 1 GB RAM)
- SVGA display and VESA compatible video card for graphical user interface
- USB port (ability to boot from USB)
- Unlocking the erasure report (optional):
- Any computer with an Internet browser
- USB port
- Internet connection
