Blancco File EraserからBlancco CloudまたはBlancco Management Portal接続時、次のようなの自己署名証明書エラーが表示される。
「Connection failed. Error (-60207: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain)」
原因
SSL接続にはクライアントとサーバー間で管理認証(Chain of Custody認証)が必要です。自己署名証明書の証明書チェーンがSSL接続失敗を引き起こし、エラー表示の原因となる場合があります。
