Das Blancco Management Console Self-Diagnostics Tool is a troubleshooting tool, which can be used to collect various log files and system information from the Management Console server. Anstatt manuell nach korrekten Informationen und Dateien zu suchen, kann der Benutzer einfach dieses Tool ausführen und eine ZIP-Datei sammeln, die alle notwendigen Diagnoseinformationen und Protokolle enthält.

1. Das Download Blancco Management Console Self-Diagnostics Tool herunterladen.
2. Unzip the package and run the .JAR file.
3. Select the Management Console installation directory by clicking "Browse". If the .JAR file is located inside the Management Console installation folder, the correct installation path will be automatically detected.
4. After selecting the correct folder, click the "Collect Data" button. A diagnostics report will be displayed after the necessary logs are collected.
5. Click the "Save" button to save the zip-file that contains the log files.
   
6. Provide the saved zip-file to Blancco Support.

8. Wählen Sie das Installationsverzeichnis der Management Console, indem Sie auf "Durchsuchen" klicken. Wenn sich die JAR-Datei im Installationsordner der Management Console befindet, wird der korrekte Installationspfad automatisch erkannt.
   
9. Nachdem Sie den richtigen Ordner ausgewählt haben, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche "Collect Data". Ein Diagnosebericht wird angezeigt, nachdem die erforderlichen Protokolle erfasst wurden.
   
10. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche "Save", um die Zip-Datei zu speichern, die die Protokolldateien enthält.
11. Stellen Sie die gesicherte zip-Datei dem Blancco Support zur Verfügung.

Hinweis! Wenn die Version der Blancco Management Console älter als 3.3.x ist, müssen die Protokolldateien manuell aus dem Installationsordner der Management Console erfasst werdenNote!
