問題事象

Blancco Drive Eraserソフトウェアを使用してドライブを消去した後、消去されたドライブがストレージアレイで検出されない。 

原因

アレイが固有の方法でドライブを検出するように設定されている可能性がある、あるいは再検出するためにはドライブをフォーマットする必要がある。 

解決策

ストレージアレイのマニュアルを参照して、ストレージアレイに新しくドライブを接続する際に必要なセットアップ構成に関する情報を確認することをお勧めします。 

セットアップ構成の作業においても、ストレージアレイがドライブを認識できない場合は、ドライブをフォーマットすることをお勧めします。 

上記の方法で問題が解決しない場合は、support.blancco.comのウェブサイトから、 テクニカルサポート部門にお問い合わせください。 

Problem

After drives have been erased with the Blancco Drive Eraser Software they cannot be detected in the storage array they were erased in. 

Cause

The array is most likely set up to detect the drives in a specific way or the drives need to be formatted to be detected again. 

Resolution

It would be advised to check the storage array manual to find information about the setup configuration needed for new drives connecting to the storage array. 

It would also be advised to format the drives if the storage array still cannot see the drives during the new setup configuration process
