Problem

LG device is not getting recognized after connecting to the SmartChk tablet.

Cause

Das LG-Gerät wird nach dem Verbinden mit dem SmartChk-Tablet nicht erkannt.

Ursache

Bei einigen LG-Geräten (z. B. For some of the LG devices (such as LG G3, LG Vista, LG Optimus Pro, LG G4) , there is an additional USB connection setting besides USB debugging that needs to be selected to enable the SmartChk tablet to communicate with the device.

Resolution

The following steps need to be followed AFTER turning on the developer options, to enable the SmartChk tablet to be able to communicate with the device. The setup process consists of the following:

  • Step 1: Turn ON USB debugging by following the regular process for enabling developer options.

  • Step 2: After the developer options are turned ON, connect the device to the SmartChk tablet.

  • Step 3: After connecting the device, drag down the notifications bar on the device from the top as shown below

  • Step 4: Tap the option that says ‘Charging’ to display additional USB connection modes as shown below.

Lösung

Die folgenden Schritte müssen NACH DEM EINSCHALTEN der Entwickleroptionen befolgt werden, damit das SmartChk-Tablet mit dem Gerät kommunizieren kann. Der Prozess besteht aus Folgendem:

  1. Aktivieren Sie das USB-Debugging, indem Sie den regulären Prozess zum Aktivieren der Entwickleroptionen befolgen.
  2. Nachdem die Entwickleroptionen aktiviert wurden, verbinden Sie das Gerät mit dem SmartChk-Tablet.
  3. Ziehen Sie nach dem Anschließen des Geräts die Benachrichtigungsleiste auf dem Gerät von oben nach unten, wie unten gezeigt
  4. Tippen Sie auf die Option "Laden", um weitere USB-Verbindungsmodi wie unten gezeigt anzuzeigen.

  5. Wählen Sie die Option "Bilder senden (PTP)", um den USB-Kommunikationsmodus für das Gerät zu aktivieren. Danach sollten Sie in der Lage sein, den regulären Prozess zu verfolgen und mit dem SmartChk Tablet fortzufahren.
