To erase a Microsoft Surface Pro device (using a version older than v6Proデバイスの消去 （v6.3.0 *):

1. Plug in a USB keyboard to the device.
2. Power on the device and let it boot to the Windows login screen.
3. Press the power icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. Hold down left shift key and select restart.
4. The device should reboot into a blue "Choose an Option" screen
5. Select "Troubleshoot" -> "Advanced Options" -> "UEFI Firmware Settings" -> "Restart".
6. UEFI firmware setup screen should show up. Make sure that "Secure boot control" is disabled and save the settings.
7. Shut down your Surface.
8. Insert the bootable USB drive into the USB port on your Surface.
9. Press and hold the volume-down button on Surface.
10. While holding down the volume-down button, press and release the power button.
11. The Microsoft or Surface logo appears on your screen. Continue to hold the volume-down button. Release the button once spinning dots appear beneath the logo.
12. Follow the on-screen instructions to boot from your USB drive.

To boot your Surface Pro 4 and 5 devices, perform the following steps:

1. Plug in your bootable USB media.
2. Hold the volume-up button and then press the power button once while still holding the volume-up button.
3. Keep holding the volume-up button until the Surface UEFI screen displays.
4. From here select Boot Configuration and drag USB storage to the top, select Exit and then select Restart Now.
5. You should now boot from the attached USB device.

 NOTE: If the system gets stuck at the Windows screen and will not continue booting from the USB, ensure that the Surface keyboard is not connected to the device.

11. MicrosoftまたはSurfaceのロゴが画面に表示されます。音量を下げるボタンを押し続けます。回転するドットのアイコンがロゴの下に表示されたらボタンを離します。
12. 画面の指示に従ってUSBドライブから起動します。

Surface Pro 4、およびPro 5 のデバイスを起動するには、次の手順に従います。

1. 起動用USBメディアを接続します。
2. 音量を上げるボタンを押したまま、電源ボタンを1回押します。
3. SurfaceのUEFI画面が表示されるまで、音量を上げるボタンを押し続けます。
4. UEFI画面でBoot Configurationを選択し、USBストレージを一番上にドラッグ、 ExitからRestart Nowを選択します。
5. これで接続したUSBデバイスから起動できます。

 注意：システムがWindowsの画面で動かなくなり、USBからの起動が継続しない場合は、Surfaceキーボードがデバイスに接続されていないことを確認してください。
