ただし、ユーザーはアプリケーションの要求に従って手動でファクトリーリセットを行う必要があります。その結果、ロックが解除されます。

Windows Phone device can be erased although the screen is locked.
When the user is prompted to do factory reset, he should reset the device using the button combination (refer to manufacturer documentation for more info). Factory reset removes the screen lock.
